Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25, 1954, Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox was a student at the Royal Academy of Music, London during the 1970s. She studied the harpsichord and the flautist piano for 3 years. She was able to survive on a student allowance and worked part-time to supplement her budget. Lennox was not content with her skills compared to other students at Royal Academy and began looking for alternative paths. Lennox joined a group called Dragons Playground as the flute player in 1976. The group broke up shortly before their appearance in I.T.V's talents show New Faces. Her main role was as The singer for The Tourists from 1977 until the year 1980. This is where she first met Dave Stewart with whom she formed the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox then went on to record her debut solo album Diva. The album was released in 1992. Commercially and critically, it was an enormous success. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record was released in the month of November. The C.D. includes a collection of Lennoxs most loved soul jazz and blues tracks from her early years. Lepidoptera was released by Lennox on May 19, 2019. The album is comprising four tracks that were improvised. The E.P. Her first album"Now I'm Letting You go... is the perfect accompaniment to her work of artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on December 25.
